Top places to visit near Ganpatipule and Jambharun As a part of our 3 days trip to Jambharun ( Blog Post :Hidden Gem - Jambharun ) , we had one day planned to visit the nearby places. Among them was Ganpatipule , which is significantly known for the revered Ganpati temple on the beach. I will list out the places to visit near Ganpatipule and Jambhrun in this post. Jambhrun is kind of a center point to all these locations, so you can start from one end and circle back to your homestay in Jambharun . 1. Lakshmi Keshav Mandir,Kolisare Keshav Lakshmi idol This was the highlight of all the locations that we visited. There are some very beautiful temples and famous tourists attractions in and around Pune. I have already covered 2 of those in earlier posts ( Bhuleshwar and Tulapur ). I will be covering couple more temples in this and upcoming posts. These temples have recently gained popularity amongst Punekars. One is the Ramdara Temple in Loni Kalbhor and the other one is B.A.P.S Swaminarayan temple in Narhe Katraj. We travelled the temples separately so I have covered Swaminarayan mandir in next blog post. Ramdara Temple We had planned to visit this temple on onset of monsoon, as it is surrounded by hills and we wanted to be there when those are covered with greenery. About the Temple Ramdara is an ancient temple which was rebuilt in 1970 by Dhundhi Baba. Its mainly dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati but is also famous for the Ram, Sita and Laxman idols and hence the name "Ram
